Camden Golf Club Ltd was established in 1950 at its permanent site at Studley Park after occupying several sites in and around Camden since the 1930s. It enjoys a superb location – Studley Park House – a commanding feature overlooking the Golf Course affording wonderful views of the surrounding area and distant Blue Mountains.




Election of Directors

As a result of the nomination process and the conduct of a draw an Attendance Voting Process will be conducted.


Financial members as at 5pm on Thursday 25th September 2025 are eligible to vote.


Eligible members wishing to vote must attend as indicated below. Names will be checked against a roll of eligible members and a voting paper issued which is to be placed in a sealed box. 


The box will be opened in the presence of scrutineers at a time and place to be determined following the close of the process.

 

voting will be conducted in accordance with Rule 25.2 of the Club’s Constitution.

 

Members will be voting to appoint three (3) of the following nominees which are listed hereunder in the order in which they appear on the ballot paper.

A summary prepared by each nominee is provided to assist members with voting.

 

Successful nominees for three (3) positions of Director will be announced at the Annual General Meeting to be held on Monday 20th October 2025 commencing at 7.30pm.

DRESS CODE

Camden Golf Club Ltd has dress regulations which apply to both the Clubhouse and on the Course. All members, guests and visitors are expected to comply with the following standards:

Competition clothing

  • Collared or tailored golf shirt
  • Tailored trousers, shorts or skirts
  • Soft spike golf shoes


Please note: for safety reasons thongs are not allowed on the golf course.


Not allowed on the Course

  • Tracksuit pants
  • Ripped or torn clothing
  • Dirty work wear
  • Football socks or shorts
  • Offensive logos or slogans on clothing
  • Singlets


Not allowed in the Clubhouse

  • Ripped or torn clothing
  • Dirty work wear
  • Offensive logos or slogans on clothing


Please note: all patrons are to remove caps, hats or beanies whilst in the Clubhouse.

Application of dress code

  • Neat casual attire at all times
  • Members are responsible for the dress of their visitors, including children.
  • The General Manager or Duty Manager/Supervisor may object to any dress considered unsuitable. The Club Professional, Club Captain or Pro Shop staff may refuse entry to the Course if appropriate dress standards are not observed.
  • Discretion in application of dress code may apply for special promotions or events.
